Hey, just a heads up: I have three drafted emails in your inbox, replying to Priya, Marcus, and Jordan. Take a look when you can and let me know if you'd like any adjustments.
Thanks, you're the best. What's on my schedule today?
Two things today. 2:00 strategy call with David, and a 6:00 with Sofia.
Reschedule the 6:00 with Sofia to tomorrow. I've got dinner at 7.
Done. A draft to Sofia offering tomorrow is in your inbox, and I added your 7:00 dinner with the Levines to your calendar.
Pull last month's financials and email me a full report. I want the biggest drivers of revenue, and whether our costs rose versus last year.
On it. I'll pull last month's numbers, break down the top revenue drivers, and compare costs against last year, then send the full report to your inbox.

THE CURRENT STATE

Most teams are still running on fragmented systems and manual work.

Information is scattered across inboxes, drives, and disconnected tools. Knowledge stays trapped in the heads of people who don't have time to share it. Routine work like follow-ups, updates, scheduling, and intake happens one keystroke at a time, every time.

The information exists. The tools exist. What's missing is the connective tissue that turns them into something a system can operate on. Until that exists, you keep re-explaining yourself to your own tools.

WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE INSTEAD

Imagine your business, connected and autonomous.

Your inbox sorts itself. Meetings turn into notes that file where they belong. Everything you have read, said, or decided is one question away from an answer, with sources. The more it knows your world, the more it works a step ahead of you.

You start operating at the scale of a team many times your size. The hours you lose to busywork come back, with the throughput to actually use them.

In practice + The Memory Engine

One question recalls every touchpoint with a name, in seconds.

Ask in plain language. Your private memory system searches every call, meeting, note, and article it has captured, then answers with sources: who, when, and where it came up.

SERVICES + WHAT WE DO

Integrate, build, train. Composed to what you need.

01

Integrate

We connect best-in-class AI tools so they finally work as one system.

Set up and wired together, working from day one.
02

Build

Custom automations built on Claude, for the work that is yours alone.

Yours to keep, every system we build.
03

Train

Real fluency for you and your team, across Claude, GPT, and beyond.

You run the systems, not just watch them.
However we mix it, you end up with the same three things.
Knowledge & MemoryWorkflowsAssistants & Agents
Which of these you need, and in what order, is what the Roadmap sorts out.
05
ENGAGEMENT + HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

How we work together.

Most engagements follow the same arc, scoped to where you are starting from.

01

Discovery & Roadmap

We start with a free call to understand where you are and what you want AI to take off your plate, at work and in life. If there is a fit, the next step is a Roadmap: a clear buy-versus-build plan and the exact tool stack to get you there, yours to keep whether or not we keep working together.

02

Build & Integrate

We put the Roadmap into motion. We wire up the off-the-shelf tools that fit, build the custom automations that do not exist yet, and train you alongside the work, so by the end you are running the systems yourself, not just watching them.

03

Optimize

We keep the systems sharp as new models drop, expand to new use cases, and keep lifting your team’s fluency. Most clients use the early going to steadily grow the surface area of what AI quietly handles for them.

06
FAQ + COMMON QUESTIONS

Things people usually ask before we work together.

Busy executives and founders in non-technical fields, and solo entrepreneurs who know AI matters but do not know where to start. The common thread is people whose time is too valuable to spend figuring this out alone. We also work with investors and family offices when it comes up naturally through our network.

A full-time hire is a six-figure commitment plus six months of ramp. A fractional engagement gives you the strategic ownership of a Chief AI Officer at a fraction of the cost, with a team that has already built the systems you need elsewhere. When the work is done, or you outgrow the need, you scale the engagement down without a hiring conversation.

It starts with a free intro call to see if we are a fit. From there, the next step is usually a Roadmap: we map where you are, decide what to buy versus build, and hand you a concrete plan and tool stack. Most clients then move into a build-and-train engagement, and many keep working with us to expand what AI handles for them.

Scope and pricing are confirmed during our initial conversation, once we have a clear view of the work involved. We keep a small client roster, so engagements are priced to reflect depth of work rather than hourly billing.

No. We build most custom work on Claude because it is the platform people already trust, and we train across Claude, GPT, and whatever else fits the job. But we stay vendor-agnostic on what we recommend: the call is based on fit for your needs, not on partnerships.

Every engagement starts with a security and access review. We work within your existing identity and permissions stack, recommend tools with appropriate data handling for your industry, and design agents and workflows that respect least-privilege access. For regulated industries, governance is part of the build, not an afterthought. And you own the asset: everything we build, including your knowledge base, stays yours even if we disappear tomorrow.

Both. The training is what makes the systems stick. A custom agent that no one trusts to use is worth nothing. Most engagements include executive coaching alongside the build work so the principals become genuine power users, not just observers.
